The holiday apartments complex “VISTA DEL MAR” is located in the south-eastern part of Ravda less then 40 meters away from the sea coast. On the opposite side it adjoins with an asphalt-paved street. The distance to the south beach of Ravda doesn’t exceed 150 meters. The main access to the building is from the side of street “Breeze” /see the map/. It is settled on a Regulated land property RLP III-465 in quarter 54 of the village-planning scheme of Ravda with a total area of 1 354 m². The blocks of flats with apartments for seasonal use "Vista del Mar" are situated in the village of Ravda, Regulated Landed Property III-465, quarter 54. The parcel is 1 354 m². large. It is in the center of the village, less then 50 m away from the sea coast and on the opposite site it borders with an asphalt-paved street. The distance to the South Beach of Ravda is approximately 150 m.

The volumetric composition of the building is in the shape of a telescopic prism which provides each apartment with a direct sea view.
